Welder/ Fabricator (Shop) Location: Ashland, VA Pay: Based on experience and skill level Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:30

AM – 5:00 PM (overtime frequently available) Description We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator for a full-time,

shop-based role focused on fabricating miscellaneous parts and structural frames. This position is ideal for someone

with hands‑on welding experience who can work independently and as part of a team. Requirements Minimum 2 years of

welding/fabrication experience Ability to read and follow instructions and work collaboratively with a team Strong
