About the Role
Commercial Maintenance Tech/Building Engineer A commercial property management company is searching for a part-time (20
to 30hrs a week) skilled Maintenance Technician to be responsible for day-to-day general maintenance and operations of
multiple commercial properties. Job duties and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to: Complete daily
preventative maintenance inspections of properties Complete assigned work orders on a timely basis. Work orders will
require skills in, but not limited to: Grounds work/Basic landscaping Drywall repairs including painting Basic plumbing,
drain clean out Lighting and basic electrical ~ HVAC preventative maintenance and filter change outs Manage stock
