About the Role
Primary Function
Provide technical expertise to clients and technicians servicing a high-end conferencing and audio-visual environment.
Maintain audiovisual, conferencing and production infrastructure, balancing the integration of new technology while
supporting legacy hardware and software systems to deliver seamless, high-quality event experiences. You will maintain
documentation of systems, troubleshoot equipment, support event technicians, and help execute complex events.
