Builder Facility Assessor
Job Summary: The BUILDER Facility Assessor performs Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) and building system
inventories in support of the U.S. Army Base Operations Support (BOS) program. The position is responsible for
inspecting facilities, evaluating the condition of building systems and components, documenting deficiencies, collecting
inventory data, and updating the Army BUILDER Sustainment Management System (SMS). Assessments are performed in
accordance with Army BUILDER guidance, ASTM UNIFORMAT II standards, USACE-CERL requirements, and contract performance
