About the Role

divh2Bus Driver/h2pResponsible for transporting residents to local shopping and other approved destinations via the

communitys passenger bus. This employee assumes responsibility for and will have latitude for independent action

regarding routine bus driving functions. This employee is expected to exercise good judgment in determining the items

that are outside the scope of routine and bring them to the attention of management. This position is considered an

essential function to the operation of the Community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this

position, as it directly impacts the employees ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow
