Dispatcher

About the Role

Dispatcher Under the direct supervision of the Lead Dispatcher, the Dispatcher is responsible for all aspects of the

communications/PBX equipment operation, any situations directly related to communications/PBX, radio dispatch to

maintenance and/or security and/or building services. Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION High school diploma or GED;

relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE Two years

dispatcher/PBX experience in a medical or emergency environment preferred. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS None

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Computer knowledge with working knowledge of software programs, Word, Access,
