Driver Manager

About the Role

Job Description Job Description Reporting to an Area Manager with an operational region. The position would be

responsible for the management of a group of drivers and/or ICs. The driver manager is a key leadership position that

oversees the day-to-day execution of their assigned driver fleet. The driver manager is accountable for the performance

of their drivers in the areas of service, safety, quality, productivity, and retention. The driver manager will focus on

maintaining positive employee relationships. The driver manager is responsible for conducting regular performance

reviews with their drivers and determining corrective action plans when performance is below expectations.
