Electrical And Electronic Maintenance Technician
About the Role
LRT Systems Maintenance Technicians perform a variety of assignments related to overhead lines, supporting structures,
substations, signal & communications, and electrical/mechanical facility amenities. Employees working this position must
possess a Class "B" VA Driver's License. LRT Maintenance Technicians use standard shop and lineman tools, power tools,
chain saws, diagnostic and test equipment, forklift trucks, company vehicles, special work vehicles with lifting
platforms and buckets, etc. This includes installing, troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, and performing scheduled
maintenance on traction power substations, Train Control Systems, Electric Bus charging stations and related components
