About the Role

Job Details Job Title: Dispatcher Location: Ashland, VA 23005 (On-site) Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire) Shift: Monday

– Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week) Role Overview: Your job will be to review, analyze, process, and document

parts requests. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and ensure accurate parts delivery according to

company standards in a heavy call-volume environment. Key Responsibilities: Order Processing: Process customer Purchase

Orders (POs), manage returns paperwork, and Issue credits/debits. Parts Research: Research inquiries for replacement,

foreign, obsolete, inactive, and external vendor parts. Customer Support: Resolve customer inquiries via phone and email
