About the Role

Job Title Schedule and dispatch Drivers and vehicles for client delivery and pick up for medical appointments and meal

delivery services. This is a Customer Service position. Serves as a Scheduler when needed. Cross-training is provided.

Work is performed under general supervision reporting to the Transit Supervisor. Responsibilities: Dispatches transit

drivers daily to schedule and meet client demands with respect to needed equipment. Primary contact for transit drivers

and answers their questions concerning directions, emergency calls. Performs customer relations function for scheduling.

Performs routine and regular follow up with potential clients. Responds to inquiries, complaints and correspondence from
