About the Role

Regional Mobile Crisis Division. Responsibilities and Duties for Dispatchers: Reports directly to the Regional Community
Training Liaison. Answer calls within 30 seconds from individuals, community partners, and the national suicide call
center. Distribute information to callers/staff about community resources as needed. Collaborate with community partners
as needed. Document information in the Call Center data platform, electronic health record, or other required data
collection entities. Maintain phone availability for consultation/response. Review shift reports/pass down information.
