VA. 12hr Night Shift 2-2-3 Schedule As a Cell Lead, you will be responsible for quickly addressing and resolving issues

that arise during production, such as equipment malfunctions, quality control problems, or safety concerns, ensuring

minimal downtime, and maintaining production efficiency. Lead changeovers and setup equipment for different product

sizes. Troubleshoot, make adjustments, and make minor repairs for mechanical equipment. Work with QA team to ensure
