About the Role

Fruit Preparation Operator The Fruit Preparation Operator is responsible for preparing and assembling all the raw

materials required for recipes to be produced in the production facility. Fruit preparation activities include weighing,

staging, and transforming small ingredients, raw fruit, sugar, purees, etc. The Preparation Operator will also be

responsible for inspection, proper inventory control, and raw material issuing during the preparation process. Essential
