About the Role
Job Description Job Description Line Cooks play a vital role in a fast-paced casual dining environment, responsible for
preparing, cooking, and plating food to meet quality and cleanliness standards. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, they
ensure that each station is properly set up and stocked for efficient operation through shifts typically lasting 6-8
hours or 8-10. Responsibilities Prepare and cook food items according to menu specifications Plate dishes attractively
and maintain portion control Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of workstations Ensure quality control and food safety
standards are met Set up and organize cooking stations before shifts Replenish stock and ingredients as needed
