We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented team member to help maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall

appearance of our apartment community. This role is responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, assisting

with property upkeep, responding to maintenance and service requests, and helping create a safe, comfortable environment

for residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, follows safety procedures, works well

with others, and is committed to providing excellent service while supporting company policies and fair housing

standards. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible for monthly renewal bonuses upon completion of the
