High Bay Automation Maintenance Technician

About the Role

Key Responsibilities Perform preventive, predictive, condition-based, and corrective maintenance on automated equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, PLC, robotics, and automation systems. Diagnose equipment

issues using PLC software, HMIs, industrial networks, electrical schematics, and manufacturer documentation. Optimize

equipment settings to improve reliability, performance, and reduce downtime. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA), PDCA,

and other structured problem-solving methods to eliminate recurring failures. Document maintenance activities and

corrective actions within the CMMS. Support equipment installation, commissioning, testing, and startup activities.
