About the Role
QUALIFICATIONS
The candidate must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with completion of a technical or trade school program
in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair. A minimum of three years of experience in the installation, maintenance,
and repair of commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems is required, preferably in a school or
institutional setting. The candidate must hold a valid HVAC Technician license or certification in the Commonwealth of
Virginia, as well as EPA Section 608 Certification for handling refrigerants. The position requires thorough knowledge
