About the Role
Description: The Landscaper supports the care and maintenance of the Williamsburg Landing campus by performing planting,
landscaping, and general grounds keeping duties, under the guidance of the Landscape Manager and Lead Landscaper.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Implements landscape designs in residential and public areas Prepares soil for planting grass,
flowers, shrubs, and trees Installs sod, spreads seed, and re-plants a variety of vegetation Mixes compost and applies
fertilizer as needed to support plant health Waters plants, flowers, and other greenery to ensure proper growth Mows
lawns, trims shrubs, prunes trees, and removes dead or damaged plants Clears roads and pathways of weeds, sand, debris,
