This Maintenance Worker (Groundskeeping) position is located in the Green Run Homes Association Maintenance Department

(Groundskeeping/Landscaping Division). The Association is a self-managed, non-profit organization responsible for the

property management and promotion of member’s recreation, health, safety, and welfare. The Maintenance Division is

responsible for maintaining Community amenities to include a Clubhouse, swimming pools and associated facilities, a
