experienced and motivated Lead Fabricator to join our structural steel team on 2nd shift. In this critical leadership
role, you will work directly with the Shop Foreman and department leads to ensure production goals are met while
maintaining top-tier safety and quality standards./ppThis position is ideal for someone who excels in fast-paced
environments, takes pride in leading by example, and has a strong understanding of fabrication processes and team
management./ppQualifications:/pulliMinimum of 3 years of experience successfully leading a steel fabrication
