About the Role
Maintenance Mechanic III
The Maintenance Mechanic III is responsible for performing all work associated with the Zone Mechanic Program, ensures
the proper operation of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, hot water systems and tanks, steam systems, condensate
systems, heat exchangers, pumps, air compressors, HVAC equipment, and other mechanical and electrical systems of all
Chesapeake Regional Medical Group buildings.
The Maintenance Mechanic III has to maintain the knowledge and ability to perform the Maintenance Mechanic II position,
