Maintenance Technician Large, innovative HOA in Williamsburg, Virginia seeks a Maintenance Technician experienced in the

following to complete the scope of responsibilities outlined below: General electrical work includes installing light

bulbs in streetlights throughout the property, changing photocells, troubleshooting, coordinating with contractors, and

marking lights with a Dynatel cable locator. Disconnect electrical wiring from mailbox posts and installation of new

mailboxes. Installation of traffic signs, painting, pressure washing, general carpentry and grounds maintenance

throughout the property. General cleaning, setup, and breakdown for activities at community recreation centers. General
