About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Maintenance Technician II for Boulders Lakeside, our 460 unit

residential community located in North Chesterfield, VA!Due to our strong training and mentorship programs, each new AL

team member is set up for success. Your role as Maintenance Technician II is critical to ALs success and may include due

diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees,

organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the

property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager. We have a new bonus structure! All
