About the Role
The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a mission-driven, enthusiastic Maintenance Technician II to provide excellent
maintenance service to the buildings and grounds at assigned YMCA locations for the benefit of members and program
participants. The Maintenance Technician reports to the Association Facility Manager. The Maintenance Technician must
have a knowledge of effective maintenance techniques and routine preventive maintenance processes. They must be able to
read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents and to perform assigned and approved repairs
in accordance with YMCA Association Standards, including but not limited to plumbing, carpentry, electrical, flooring,
