About the Role

Facility Maintenance Technician We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team.

This is a critical hands-on role responsible for keeping our commercial/industrial facility operating efficiently and

safely. If you have strong technical expertise in HVAC, mechanical systems, and building maintenance, we want to hear

from you! Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning,

heating (HVAC) systems Maintain and service air compressors and associated equipment Operate and maintain chilled water

systems and variable frequency drive (VFD) pumps Inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems and related fire
