Company Description Lakefront Luxury manages over 70 vacation rental properties on Lake Anna, Virginia. We pair smart

technology with great people to give guests an exceptional stay and homeowners peace of mind. Our maintenance team keeps

every home in top condition, and we're growing fast. This is a 1099 contract role for a Maintenance Technician based at

Lake Anna. You'll travel between our vacation rental homes performing general repairs, hot tub and pool maintenance,

light remodel and install work, and quick same-day fixes between guest stays. Pay is $35 to $50 per hour, weekly. 3+

years of hands-on handyman, maintenance, or trades experience ~ Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, appliance
