About the Role

Maintenance Technician Our Maintenance Technician performs general preventative maintenance and corrective repair of

building, systems, equipment, and grounds. They will assist in monitoring building system operations and performance

which may utilize skills in plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. The Maintenance Technician

will be responsible for understanding all applicable client goals and objectives as well as management agreement

requirements -- ensuring the team delivers on those requirements. Perform all necessary mechanical maintenance and

operational procedures to assure maximum life and reliability to all mechanical systems. Responsible for general
