About the Role

Position Title Support Services Dispatcher Job Description Purpose & Scope: As Support Services Dispatcher, incumbent

will answer telephones, process work orders and assign personnel to complete work order. Greet all incoming vendors and

employees and assist employees as needed. The Support Services Dispatcher has frontline responsibility for handling

customer service interactions, primarily through telephone and personal contact with both internal and external

customers. In this capacity, the function of support services Dispatcher is also incorporated to include daily

operational tasks, computerized record-keeping, and general office activities. Must be able to communicate effectively
