About the Role
Pastry Cook Accountable for the overall success of the pastry and dessert items produced daily in our newly renovated
kitchen, which includes an Athanor suite. The Pastry Cook is responsible for the daily preparation, organization,
tasting, cleanliness, and creativity of all pastry and baked goods, utilizing ingredients from our 5-acre farm while
ensuring superior quality, consistency, and presentation. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Regular and reliable
attendance is an essential function of this role. Responsible for the preparation, production, and presentation of all
pastries, desserts, breads, and baked goods across all outlets, including but not limited to the Dining Room, IRD,
