About the Role

Painter/Porter Position This position performs painting work and various duties as needed that ensures the physical

aspects of the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for

cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. This position requires travel between Williamsburg and

Richmond, VA. Essential Responsibilities: Completes assigned painting requests from ownership and property leaders, as

well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and

addressing needs accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements. Completes
