Supervisor assisting in the maintenance of a privatized student housing facility. The facility may include all or some
of the following components: offices, resident rooms, laundry facilities, swimming pool, study lounges, parking areas,
gym and/or an activity center/community room/clubhouse. Maintenance Activities * Assists in performing daily tasks
which will maintain the curb appeal of the facility. * Daily pick-up of exterior community grounds. * Daily trash
