Supervisors role includes but is not limited to monitoring Security Guard performance, ensuring the Security Force

perform their assigned duties in accordance with established policies, procedures, and/or regulatory requirements; they

are responsible for correcting/reporting any/all deficiencies to the Site Lead. Additionally, the Shift Supervisor will

inspect employees to ensure they are fit for duty and are in compliance with all established dress and appearance
