Shop Welder

About the Role

Construction/Bridge Welder 2+ years' experience operating as a construction/bridge welder. ~ AWS D1.5 certification

preferred, or the practical field knowledge to obtain certificates. ~ Knowledge of construction site best practices and

safety procedure. ~ Operate angle grinders and other small tools to prepare parts for welding. Read and interpret

standard welding notations. Select proper materials, measure and cut to specifications. Field - Field install welds,

including weld pile, bearings, SIP decking and other bridge structural elements. Shop Fabricate and repair buckets,

blades, trench boxes, vehicle parts, and specialized tools. Select proper fillers for jobs based on previous experience
