About the Role

Spray Painters/Blasters And Leadmen Venture Dynamics is seeking skilled Spray Painters/Blasters and Leadmen to join our

team. Spray Painters/Blasters will be responsible for preparing ship surfaces for renovation and maintenance projects by

using various blasting techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in maritime painting work. Utilize

blasting equipment to remove old paint, rust, dirt, or other debris from surfaces - Maintain and operate blasting

equipment in a safe and efficient manner - Be able to apply coatings using a brush, roller and/or spray applicator while

maintaining a desired ML thickness. Proven experience as a Blaster or similar role - Knowledge of different blasting
