About the Role
Substitute School Bus Driver Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Successful completion of Virginia
Department of Education's training to operate a school bus and all Virginia Department of Motor Vehicles written and
practical pre-trip and on road tests pertaining to a Commercial's Driver's License (CDL). Driver must also have current
certification in First Aid and Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and at least three years driving experience.
Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time. Requires significant climbing, grasping and repetitive
motions. Regularly requires the employee to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance and assist with students
