About the Role
Shipyard Structural Welder At Avail Staffing, we believe in building more than just shipswe're building a team that
feels like family. We're seeking talented shipyard structural welders with shipfitter experience who are passionate
about their craft and eager to contribute to meaningful projects in a supportive environment. Responsibilities:
Blueprint Interpretation: Read and follow technical drawings to determine welding procedures and measurements. Metal
Preparation: Cut, grind, and prep metal components for welding. Welding Operations: Utilize SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW
techniques to join metal parts. Quality Control: Inspect welds for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
