About the Role

Experienced Combo Fitters/Welders Wanted Venture Dynamics is seeking experienced combo fitters/welders. Welders must be

able to weld 2" carbon steel plate and pass the 3-position welding test. This will be shop work located Norfolk or

Hampton, VA. Pay scale: hourly rates of $19 to $36 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints:

Understand technical drawings, specifications, and weld symbols to ensure accurate assembly and fit-up. Material

preparation: Clean, grind, and prepare metal components and joints using tools and the appropriate welding procedures.

Perform welding: Execute various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, stick (SMAW), and flux-cored arc welding (FCAW),
